Job Description: CSR Fundraising Lead\s\s
Position Summary: The incumbent will lead the CSR outreach, fundraising, donor management and\s\s
reporting. They will fully own the CSR fundraising goals, be an integral part of the fundraising team and be\s\s
responsible for a full-cycle of donor management to help forge new long-term partnerships.\s\s
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to\s\s
● Prospect relevant CSR organizations and donors aligned with our mission and develop strategic\s\s
proposals for long-term partnership.\s\s
● Oversee current and new donor management including field visits, due diligence and reporting.\s\s
● Work with internal program teams to collate, validate data and prepare various formats of\s\s
communication for funding partners and potential CSR donors.\s\s
Ideal candidate qualifications\s\s
● A graduate with at least 8-12 years of demonstrated CSR fundraising, donor prospecting and\s\s
management experience in the non-profit sector. Prior experience in the education sector is\s\s
desirable.\s\s
● Responsible for building new meaningful partnerships, strategically planning & raising funds within\s\s
the CSR space, creating a new pipeline of corporate donors (of varying grant sizes) and retaining\s\s
the existing donors.\s\s
● Experienced in proposal writing and donor reporting will be critical in this role, including project\s\s
updates, presentations, communication collaterals, and annual reports.\s\s
● An individual with a high emotional quotient skilled in in-person interactions with various\s\s
stakeholders including funding partners, government partners and student beneficiaries.\s\s
● Proficient in curating programmatic documents such as impact reports and proposals with an\s\s
exceptional eye for detail.\s\s
● Able to work with minimal supervision, biased towards action, and has succinct verbal and written\s\s
communications skills.\s\s
● Considered an expert in MS Office and presentations.\s\s
● High-energy, results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial attitude.\s\s

Salary: Details would be discussed during 1-1 interactions.\s\s
Location: India based fully remote with periodic domestic travel.\s\s
Reporting structure: They will report into the Director of Fundraising and Communications and work\s\s
very closely with the co-CEOs. There will also be extensive cross-functional interaction for donor\s\s
reporting.\s\s
